Job Purpose
Take incoming enquiries from sales team and customers. Produce quotes when needed. Respond to stock enquiries. Arrange delivery and collection of assets. Maintain accurate records of rental assets’ location, condition, and value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Take incoming enquiries from sales team and customers
- Responding to stock enquiries
- Generating contracts on the system
- Producing customer quotes
- Raise building requests & liaise with the warehouse
- Arrange transport to & from customer sites
- Yearly checks that assets are still on site
- Request purchase order numbers
- Arrange collection of assets & checking them on return
- Enter collection charges & terminate the contract on the system
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ascertain the location of the asset and record data
- Weekly spot checks of hire asset locations and condition
- Manage the process of any remedial action
- Maintain equipment stock list
- Working towards weekly KPI’s
- Ad-hoc duties when required
Knowledge / Experience
- Experience with word / excel
- Good computer skills including software
- Good numeracy skills
