HR Specialist Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies from own area of expertise and provide support and information to managers and/or employees, within corporate guidelines, agreed budget and overall HR plan, in such a way that HR policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools are available and correctly applied, in order to achieve the business objectives.
