Job Purpose

As Sales Support Specialist you will report to General Manager. Manage the pre and after sales administration process, from order registration to invoice, including import formalities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To manage the sales administration process with the SSC
To support the deliveries and import formalities
To coordinate invoicing with/out e-invoicing platforms
Create internal sales report via reporting tools
Be able to interpret stock flow
Responsible for direct purchasing, act as a purchase executive when necessary
Be able to expertise in warehouse management and customs agency management
Be able to take necessary supportive tasks with local accounting partner firm

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support operations/ functions
Advanced English, Native Turkish
Computer literacy, good level MS Office is essential
SAP MM and SD modules knowledge will be a must
Preferably Salesforce knowledge
Willing to improve him/herself in Power BI and data analytics knowledge
Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels within the Company
Able to problem solve and act quickly, work under pressure
Ability to be part of a “solutions “orientated team and have the desire to ensure your work meets the business requirements
