Job Purpose

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our multicultural team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To manage the sales administration process with the Shared Service Centre
To support and organizing the deliveries
To coordinate invoicing with/out e-invoicing platforms
Create internal sales report via reporting tools
Be able to interpret stock flow
Be able to expertise in warehouse management

Qualifications

Fluent English, Native Turkish
Computer literacy, good level MS Office is essential
SAP MM and SD modules knowledge will be a must
Preferably Salesforce knowledge
Willing to improve him/herself in Power BI and data analytics knowledge
Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels within the Company
Able to problem solve and act quickly, work under pressure
Ability to be part of a “solutions “orientated team and have the desire to ensure your work meets the business requirements
