Compensation Range: 72,400-90,700

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for various aspects of Financial Sales Support. This position will be responsible for the accurate reporting of the SBU's key Sales Metrics and Margin Analysis. The position also includes various ad-hoc analysis as well as supporting the ESG Finance Department in the completion of various financial tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Weekly booking and shipment reports
Monthly customer and product reports
Support internal sales tracker
Prepare margin analysis
Support compensation and reporting departments
Various ad hoc analysis.
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/Finance/Marketing/Business
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Experience with financial close process, process improvement and control
Strong analytical ability
significant experience with data warehouses (Hyperion/Business Objects etc.)

Competencies

Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills
Ability to generate appropriate analytical reports to support business partners (Sales)
MS Access and/or Power BI experience (preferable but not necessary)
Experience in working with Sales Teams (preferable but not necessary)
Experience in managing compensation programs (preferable but not necessary).
