Job Purpose
The role of the Process manager, PMO is to provide leadership, organization, and coordination to support the project management teams, including developing processes, methodologies, and training for the organization. Ensures all projects administered by the PMO adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management. This role also manages the change and promotes continuous improvement of project management related processes. Provides management and guidance to multi-functional project teams
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partners and collaborates directly with Project managers to ensure PMO governance is effectively and efficiently being applied in delivery of products.
Ensures adoption and implementation of project and program management methodology and tools.
Manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of project management policies, standards, procedures.
Establishes and implements metrics that measure project performance.
Ensure effective Internal audit within the GPDP process, Change Management process to ensure compliance and conduct periodic project audits.
Drive any necessary culture change and improvement in business performance to deliver the department’s strategic goals.
Define new processes where appropriate and work with cross functional stakeholders aligned with the GPDP & Global change management process.
Coordinate training with stakeholders, coaching the team, ensuring they are trained to relevant processes and manage training records.
Support development & implementation of the continuous improvement system & perform continual process reviews with key stakeholders.
Provided day-to-day leadership support for the PMO team initiatives to ensure their needs exceeded expectations.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or another related field. Process improvement experience of 3-5 years
- Previous experience in project management & Quality is preferred
Language Skills
Above average oral and written communication skills and solid interpersonal skills.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to perform analysis of moderate complexity to solve problems. Ability to use advanced and special PC software packages to develop spreadsheets, database systems, reports, etc. Problem-solving skills are a must
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of computers, database systems, spreadsheet programs, word processing, basic internet, and data entry for analytical results.
