Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Controlling Department at SSC Bielsko-Biała. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in controlling and a passion for continuous improvement. As member of our finance team, you will be involved in financial reporting for 2 legal entities in Belgium and Netherlands, reporting to Benelux Financial Controller based in Bielsko-Biała. These activities include month-end closing under US GAAP, forecasting and budgeting, as well as assisting in annual audit & ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and SOX.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills and is eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribution to monthly group management accounts under US GAAP
- Assistance in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
- Preparation of comprehensive audit documentation and involvement in cooperation with auditors to enable timely submission of financial statements.
- Supervision of internal control processes within the finance function
- Accruals review, assistance in preparation of inventory & warranty provisions
- Supervision of the company's receivables and customer credit control
- Preparation of financial reports for the management board
Qualifications
- University Degree in Finance and Accounting
- 3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling
- SAP knowledge (FI/CO)
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
- US GAAP & SOX knowledge is an asset
