Job Purpose
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. In this role, you'll support users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain a stable and secure IT environment. Ideal for someone tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and ready to grow in a dynamic company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
First line IT Support Specialist in the IT Support Team EMEA.
Consulting with IT managers and other departments as required.
Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
Training end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
Configuring Microsoft Windows systems and software used in the corporation.
Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems.
Qualifications
A professional level of spoken and written English is necessary.
Experience as an IT Support Specialist.
Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (deep knowledge in Microsoft Windows 11; basic in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking)
Excellent Communicator, strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure.
Graduate in the field of IT or similar – we also welcome students from the last grade of technical studies.
