Job Purpose

Essential Duties

Collecting, organising and registering documents related to tenders and contracts,

Recording documents in the integrated corporate governance system

Administration and management of supplier orders related to customer orders

Monitoring of tender and contractual deadlines and obligations, including subcontractor and supplier activities

Maintaining the necessary level of contact with the appropriate representatives of customers and suppliers in order to ensure the smoothest possible conduct of contractual processes;

To the extent necessary for the implementation, the involvement of subcontractors from the approved list of forwarders

Managing contractual invoicing

Inventory Tracking

Operation of the business administration system in accordance with the correct functioning of accounting and other legislation

Making proposals to increase the company's cost efficiency, participating in cost- effectiveness projects

Performing ad hoc professional tasks assigned by the managing director or head of the business unit

Participation in further training courses designated by the company

Resposibilities

Take appropriate actions to resolve any issues related to missed deadlines or other omissions, in coordination with the Business Unit Manager.

Perform duties in compliance with all applicable standards, legal requirements, and economic regulations.

Follow the relevant chapters of the Quality Manual and associated documents, such as Procedural Instructions.

Familiarize oneself with and adhere to the requirements of the Quality Plan for Nuclear Facilities, ensuring that all related provisions are considered in daily work activities.

Qualifications

Secondary level education,

Background in finance or economics is an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Good communication skills

Precise and detail-oriented.

Accurate and thorough in daily work.

Comfortable performing routine or repetitive tasks
