Role Overview

The Project Lead Field Service will effectively coordinate all site works within Field Services Operations including site projects, site staff, tender submissions, quotes coordination and submissions, project costing, and actively identify opportunities for new business.

Main Responsibilities

•    Manage site projects (site works), provide effective onsite supervision and support of installation of infrastructure and equipment, minimising the need for re-work
•    Provide technical advice and mentoring to staff, peers, management, contractors, and customers
•    Provide practical technical solutions aimed at improving safety, productivity, and efficiency
•    Manage site staff and sub-contractors, preparing effective daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling of staff and work loads
•    Regularly liaise and co-ordinate projects with the Regional Operations Supervisor, notifying in writing when projects are completed and ready for invoicing
•    Attend site briefs for new projects ensuring project briefs for newly awarded contracts are clear, accurate and contain all relevant information
•    Obtain and accurately evaluate pricing from external contractors for tender submissions
•    Source new sub-contractors in other states where required and build relationships and alliances resulting in a robust list of trusted, cost-effective resources
•    Ensure that Enersys managements systems are kept up to date

Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualifications

•    Recognised diploma or certificate in Project Management
•    Relevant trade or engineering level qualification
•    Australian Driver licence
•    Current CPR certificate
•    Construction / Induction
•    Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills
•    Basic skills in: Problem solving, Organisation, Communication & interpersonal skills, and Computer literacy – Microsoft Office / Windows environment

Preferred Qualifications

•    RADHAZ Awareness Certificate
•    Working at heights certificate
•    Low Voltage Rescue certificate
•    A grade electrical license
