Compensation Range: $69,900-$90,000 

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

The Technical Engineering Support professional play a critical role in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of a product or service and its sales. They provide technical expertise to the sales team and potential clients, aiding in the understanding and successful selling of complex technical products or services.

We are looking for a talented individual to provide pre and post sales technical support for Customers, External Field Sales as well as Internal Sales team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Sales Assistance and Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales process. This includes assisting in presentations, demonstrations, and answering technical queries from clients or prospects.
  • Support our customers by addressing technical inquiries from customers, providing guidance and support in the pre-sales and post-sales stages. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate problems to appropriate teams if needed. 
  • Develop Product Knowledge through Interface with Engineering.   Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects, features, and functionalities of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Scale through the Development of a knowledge-base of customer scenarios and solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, guides, and training materials to help the sales team and customers better understand the products or services. Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new features or updates.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Engineering Technology, etc.)
  • Experience in a technical sales support or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand products or services offered.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of government/military preferred.
