Job Purpose

The Recruiter strengthens the organization’s talent pipeline by proactively sourcing, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet ongoing and rapidly changing staffing needs. This role supports organizational growth by managing a fast paced, full cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The recruiter plays a key role in workforce planning, talent strategy, and maintaining a strong employer brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage high‑volume, full‑cycle recruitment for multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating logistics, extending offers, and supporting onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to understand workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop accurate and attractive candidate profiles.
  • Conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assemble interview panels, provide relevant materials to hiring teams, and ensure timely feedback to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Administer or coordinate assessments as needed; review results and consolidate hiring manager feedback.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, offering clarity on job duties, work environments, schedules, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, talent databases, community partnerships, and other channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR systems.
  • Verify employment eligibility, collect required documentation, and support background and reference check processes in accordance with organizational and legal standards.
  • Prepare and extend job offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR leadership while ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and approval processes.
  • Notify candidates of hiring decisions professionally and promptly while supporting a positive employer brand.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements, leveraging recruitment data, and identifying talent pipeline opportunities.
  • Stay informed of recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and relevant employment laws to support compliance and enhance recruiting practices.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high volume environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and HRIS tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with varied sourcing channels and digital talent platforms.
  • Systems friendly and comfortable learning new technology tools.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Full time onsite position based in Pinellas Park, FL.
  • Occasional travel to other locations (up to 5 times per year).
