Job Purpose
This position is responsible for coordinating, managing, planning, and organizing the service team in order to meet our customers' service needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Follow company policies: safety, environment, quality and financial management.
· Customer service to respond to their orders and negotiation with internal clients.
· Processing and monitoring for customer service.
· Tracking and coordinating shipments for pending orders and daily reporting.
· Coordination of all related areas from the moment the order is received until it is delivered on time and in accordance with the customer's request (Shipping, Billing, etc.)
· Tracking import orders through invoicing and shipping. Control and monitoring of order backlogs.
· Support for competitions and presentations of proposals to clients.
· Preparation and sending information to Corporate (Sales Forecast)
· Preparation of information related to the monthly closing. Preparation and analysis of reports.
· Sales Stock Control and Reorder Points.
· Processing, tracking and control of stationery and promotional materials for the sales department.
· Monitoring departmental expense reports.
· Customer satisfaction survey
Qualifications

· Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic accounting,English 100%, effective communication, budget management and control, SAP desirable.
· Minimum 2 years as a Customer Service representative or similar position.
