Job Purpose
Daily communication with the sales and service teams. Management of Linde and Co op contract.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing admin support in managing all Linde Co-op calls, weekly visits and communication with Linde and Co-op teams. The role will also include attendance at review meetings
- Manage a small number of the larger topping contracts we currently enjoy, as we plan to migrate the current IBCS topping contracts over to Manchester control
- Management of scrap collections from site and calculation of rebates offered (including Aldi)
- Regular maintenance and check of outstanding service invoicing
- Provide support to sales team in Salesforce and quotations
- Provide support and holiday cover for Service Admin, Topping contracts
- Provide support and holiday cover for Customer Service Support, Sales
- Data collection and input of data for service reports
- Creation and management of sales orders in SAP

- Good communication skills and able to liaise with team members and customers
- Experience in sales and service
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively
- Basic Microsoft excel and word skills
- Salesforce (FS360) and SAP experience
- Proven experience in customer service
