Job Purpose
The EMEA MP Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing function within Motive Power Global, coordinating the development, execution, and production of marketing materials, campaigns, events, and other activities in accordance with business needs and KPIs. This role will support the EMEA Sales, Product Management and Service teams with localized content and materials. The EMEA Marketing Coordinator will proactively collaborate with global Marketing and Sales teams, other internal stakeholders, as well as external agencies and service providers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing Coordination- Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining marketing materials in conjunction with Sales, Service and Product Management teams. Responsible for localizing globally and regionally developed content and materials for the EMEA market. Gatekeeper of translations and responsible for ensuring the validation process remains efficient. Responsible for internal communications pertaining to literature and translations, including monthly media reporting.
- Collateral Development- Coordinates marketing materials, media campaigns and other activities by managing development processes, timelines - tracking project progress, approvals and budget information using departmental systems (SmartSheet & Monday.com). Responsible for maintaining EMEA/APAC Asset and Production Files Library.
- Product / Promotional Inventory & Maintenance-Promotional inventory maintenance via our EMEA online portal and management through related vendor(s). Publish and maintain collateral and other materials on website(s) and other internal online properties.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Event Coordination & Support-Provide coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers in support of marketing-led events (tradeshows, meetings, customer events) to ensure execution and delivery of products, materials, displays, and other items, on time and within budget. This position will also be required to staff key EMEA tradeshows, as necessary.
- Campaign Management- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns with the end goal of generating qualified leads to increase sales. Communicate with management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorming fresh marketing ideas. Responsible for supporting internal marketing campaign communications.
- Outsourcing & Vendor Management-Work in partnership with our outsourced vendors to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, digital, web, social media and video assets and other marketing collateral.
- Sales and Service Support-Provide support for the sales and service organization by developing and implementing training materials and tools to help maximize effectiveness.

Work Experience

Minimum of 4 years marketing experience, preferably in industrial or material handling sectors. Proven ability of collaborating with international teams both in-person and remotely with geographically distributed teams.

Basic experience as a translator or background in translation management will be an asset.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. An advanced degree in a technical or business area of study is desirable.
Language

Fluency in oral and written English required; an additional language(s) is desirable but not required.
Preferred Skills
Digital / IT Literacy
- Excellent software skills across all Microsoft Office applications. Must be comfortable communicating via online platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools as needed (SmartSheet, Monday.com, SharePoint etc) and other marketing software as required.
Content & Proofreading
- Familiarity with content marketing, campaign delivery and website development/support is desirable.
- Ability to understand audience perspectives and edit/proofread relevant copy for various marketing materials.
- Proficiency in translating technical information into benefit-driven content that is understood by customers and internal teams.
Graphic Design
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to be able to execute basic changes to marketing materials is desirable.
