The impact you will make

 

As a Senior Controls & Robotics Engineer, you will lead the transformation of our automation systems — improving performance, safety, and reliability across the site.

You won’t just maintain systems — you’ll redefine them, driving innovation and building the future of smart manufacturing.

What you will do

 

  • Lead automation and controls projects end-to-end (design → deployment → optimization)
  • Drive continuous improvement across robotics, PLCs, and production systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges
  • Collaborate with OEMs and system integrators during installations and upgrades
  • Develop and standardize control systems, logic, and documentation
  • Program and optimize PLCs to improve performance and safety
  • Support commissioning, validation, and system handover
  • Ensure compliance with electrical and HSE standards
  • Mentor and develop engineers and technicians

What will help you succeed

 

  • Experience in manufacturing automation or industrial engineering
  • Strong hands-on expertise with PLCs (Siemens or Allen Bradley)
  • Knowledge of robotics, motion systems, and industrial communications
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and drive solutions independently
  • Experience managing technical projects from concept to completion
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
