Job Purpose

Provides general support to HR department to gain exposure and experience in desired field of study.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Will work on recruiting and interviewing practices, employee engagement and retention, communication strategies, training, employee relations, filing and reporting, HR policy administration, and any other general duties or special projects.
  • Will assist department with reviewing current processes and identify areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  •  Candidate should be a graduate student or enrolled in undergraduate program related to Human Resources.
  • The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and written skills, strong quantitative and computer skills.

General Job Requirements

  • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
