Job Purpose
Strengthen the organizations talent pipeline by proactively sourcing, assessing, and guiding candidates through a seamless recruitment process. By partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, this position directly supports organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term workforce planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including resume screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding of new hires
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, qualifications and recruitment priorities.
- Conducts phone screens, interviews, and other candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational fit.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, provide timely updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Maintains accurate and timely candidate and recruitment records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for current and anticipated staffing needs.
- Stays informed of recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, employment practices, and changes that may impact on the organization’s recruitment efforts.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with organizational policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts within technical recruitment by identifying process enhancements and leveraging data to drive workforce planning.
- Documents hiring outcomes, communicates professional and timely notifications to rejected candidates, and ensures accurate and compliant record keeping throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Preferred Education and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems highly desirable but not required.
- PHR/SHRM-CP desired but not required.

- Demonstrates the ability to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
