Job Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to assist with SAP-related tasks as part of our IT team. This internship provides hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise IT systems, supporting various business processes and technology initiatives. The intern will work closely with IT professionals to troubleshoot issues, assist with data management, and support ongoing SAP projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with SAP S/4HANA tasks, including user support, testing, and documentation.
Help troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP-related issues under IT guidance.
Support data entry, validation, and cleansing within SAP modules.
Assist in data cleansing efforts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Support system testing and validation during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Document SAP configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze SAP-related business needs.
Participate in SAP training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Support IT team members with various tasks related to enterprise systems and integrations.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of enterprise software and IT support concepts.
Interest in SAP systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced IT environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
