Job Purpose

 

We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (Project Management) for batteries, chargers, and solutions. The position is available in Hagen (hybrid), Stuttgart (remote), or Munich (remote).

Your Essential Duties and Resposibilities:

 

  • You actively support our sales team in preparing tailored technical proposals – especially for charging stations and large-scale projects
  • You accompany the entire sales and implementation process as a technical partner
  • You provide expert advice to our sales representatives, technicians, and customers in the field – both by phone and on-site
  • You work closely with our sales managers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, preparing structured reports and compelling presentations
  • You conduct price negotiations with customers in coordination with the responsible sales representatives
  • You assist in the selection of appropriate components for customized customer solutions
  • You contribute to market analysis and help optimize product positioning and competitiveness
  • You build strong and lasting customer relationships and help ensure high customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering
  • Alternatively: Certified Technician / Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent and proactive working style, with a customer- and team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in cross-border, interdisciplinary teams

Your Skills:

 

  • Confident use of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with common CAD programs
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Class B driver’s license
