Job Purpose
Supports maintenance operations through coordination, planning, scheduling, and follow-up of maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and overall plant performance. Develops and exercises TPM activities. Works alongside Maintenance and Operations teams to organize work, support priorities, and help drive continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance work activities.
Support CMMS work order management and backlog organization.
Coordinate parts, materials, tools, and resources for planned work.
Work with Maintenance and Operations to prioritize equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
Tracks maintenance performance metrics and schedule completion.
Support shutdowns, projects, and TPM initiatives.
Maintain maintenance documentation and records.
Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts.
Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Industrial maintenance experience or related manufacturing experience.
Functional understanding of Mechanical and Electrical tasks and ability to manage projects in those areas.
Basic computer and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate and work effectively across departments.
Desired:
Experience with CMMS systems.
Leadership or coordination experience within maintenance operations.
Familiarity with preventative maintenance and reliability concepts.
Technical training, military experience, or related certifications.
