Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, including defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Support the communication of project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and team members.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, HTML5, XML, CSS, CSS3 JavaScript, JQuery
Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
Experience producing wireframes and prototypes quickly and effectively.
Follow coding standards, embrace code reviews, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests, and deployment scripts.
Experience with debugging and troubleshooting existing code using developer tools, such as Chrome Development Tools.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Ability to work effectively with others as a team, strong communication skills, and always maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor and attitude.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues and optimization for the web.
SQL knowledge to write basic (Select, Update, Delete) statements

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interest in web development and a desire to learn and develop skills in this area.
Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling new challenges.
Flexibility to work full-time hours as needed.
