Engineer
Develop, optimize and maintain production processes, installations and equipment related to the own area of expertise, in accordance with operations guidelines, site/plant infrastructure, regulatory requirements and year plan/budget, in order to contribute to efficient production processes and product improvement and to maximize the reliability, quality, safety, sustainability and efficiency of installations and equipment at the optimum level of costs.
Project Manager
Define, prepare, lead and execute projects, in line with business needs and project- and team management methods and techniques, in order to deliver projects according to objectives.
Technician
Provide first line technical support, organize the resolution of issues, work effectively with other departments and contribute to the continuous improvement of the production process, for assigned unit or area of expertise and within product and production specifications, to realize continuity of production.
Scientist
Ensure development, retention and use of specialist knowledge and expertise in own specific area of science and/or technology and provide solutions to complex technical problems, within business strategy and technical standards, in order to support new or existing product and process development contributing to business objectives.
Chemist
Prepare, test, develop, analyze and research elements in own discipline and develop new and improve existing research methodology, in line with the Technology & Engineering strategy, project and functional standards, in order to gain insight into new developments and contribute to the realization of objectives of innovative or developmental projects.
