| Scientist | Ensure development, retention and use of specialist knowledge and expertise in own specific area of science and/or technology and provide solutions to complex technical problems, within business strategy and technical standards, in order to support new or existing product and process development contributing to business objectives. |
| Chemist | Prepare, test, develop, analyze and research elements in own discipline and develop new and improve existing research methodology, in line with the Technology & Engineering strategy, project and functional standards, in order to gain insight into new developments and contribute to the realization of objectives of innovative or developmental projects. |
