This position will be focusing primarily on our Motive Power applications, which include industrial lift trucks and pallet jacks, rail equipment, mining equipment, and airline ground support equipment. Some of the motive power brands include Hawker, Ironclad, General Battery, and Fiamm. Wherever there is a need for motive power, EnerSys offers the perfect energy solution.
Job Purpose
Providing support to the service department and training new team members on EnerSys systems
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the work issued to the warehouse
- Daily communication via telephone and email
- Follow goods receipt process in SAP
- Training other members of the team on SAP and FS360
- Creating load lists for goods coming into the warehouse
- Create daily despatches and manifests to create claims
- Work closely with and support Service Controllers and other Customer Service Support
Knowledge / Experience
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively
- Basic Microsoft and excel and word skills
Skills / Competencies
- Good communication skills and able to liaise with team members
- Ability to promote teamwork within the department
