| Maintenance Manager | Organize, plan and manage execution of maintenance services, both mechanical and electrical, based on maintenance policy and production strategy, as well as provide input for process enhancement, in order to contribute to undisturbed and cost effective production. |
| Production Supervisor | Supervise and manage production teams and day-to-day operations, develop and implement the operational production plan and objectives for the assigned production unit, within corporate guidelines, (business)plans and policies, in order to realize the agreed objectives and targets. |
| Production Manager | Develop year plan and organize, manage and improve the production, in line with production strategy and complying with relevant procedures and/or legislation, in order to ensure timely and cost efficient delivery of specified product quantity and quality. |
| Plant Manager | (Co)develop, implement and realize the production strategy and/or plan and develop, structure and manage the assigned plant organization, within the regional manufacturing strategy and in line with relevant EnerSys and functional guidelines and requirements, in order to realize the objectives of the plant organization. |
